DF Property Management Inc. was founded by Denis Fomin on a simple idea: a rental should be run like a well-kept home and reported like a business.
Why “DF”
DF are the founder's initials — Denis Fomin. Putting a name on the company was deliberate. When something goes wrong at 2 a.m., owners and tenants deserve to know there's a real person accountable for the answer, not a call centre.
What we believe
- Transparency over polish. Every expense comes with an invoice. Every repair comes with photos. Every fee is in writing.
- Prevention over reaction. Scheduled maintenance and regular inspections cost less than emergencies.
- Precision on paperwork. In Ontario, the outcome of a dispute often turns on a date or a form. We get them right.
- Good tenants are worth keeping. Responsive service means longer tenancies, fewer turnovers and steadier income.
