What we collect
When you contact us, we collect the information you choose to provide — such as your name, email, phone number and details about your property — so we can respond. When we manage a property or tenancy, we collect the information needed to do so, such as lease details, payment records and, with consent, tenant screening information.
How we use it
We use personal information only to respond to enquiries, provide our services, meet legal and accounting obligations, and communicate with you about your property or tenancy. We do not sell personal information.
Sharing
We share information only where needed to provide our services — for example with contractors dispatched to a repair, credit reporting agencies (with consent), or where required by law, including the Landlord and Tenant Board.
Website
This website does not use advertising trackers. Fonts and scripts are served from our own domain.
Your rights
You may ask to access or correct the personal information we hold about you, or withdraw consent where applicable, by emailing hello@dfpropertymanagement.ca. We handle personal information in accordance with Canada's Personal Information Protection and Electronic Documents Act (PIPEDA).
