Property management in Flemingdon Park.
Flemingdon Park was one of the first privately planned apartment neighbourhoods in North America, started in 1959 beside Don Mills. Today it is a dense mix of rental towers and townhouses at Don Mills and Eglinton, served by Line 5 and, in future, the Ontario Line.

Buildings and housing in Flemingdon Park
Designed by architect Irving Grossman under Macklin Hancock's master plan, Flemingdon Park began as an all-rental mix of townhouses and high-rise apartments, its first tower opening in 1961. Buildings line Grenoble Drive, Vendome Place, St. Dennis Drive and Deauville Lane, between Don Mills Road and the Don Valley. Most are purpose-built rentals from the 1960s and early 1970s, joined by co-op and non-profit housing. Commercial space includes Flemingdon Park Shopping Centre on Don Mills Road and the office buildings along Wynford Drive, where the Aga Khan Museum stands. The former Ontario Science Centre site at Don Mills and Eglinton is now a transit junction.
Who rents in Flemingdon Park
Renters are largely newcomer families — from South Asia, East Africa and the Middle East among others — plus students and workers who want affordable housing on a transit line. Many tenants stay for years, and some households have been in the same building for decades. Line 5 Eglinton now links the area to midtown and Scarborough, and the Ontario Line will add a direct ride downtown. Jobs nearby include the Wynford Drive offices and the shops and offices of Don Mills. Demand is high and turnover low.
Managing property here
Flemingdon's towers are RentSafeTO buildings with six decades of wear, so we plan capital work in phases: elevators first where breakdowns are frequent, then boilers, balconies, windows and garages. The townhouse rows have their own needs — roofs, siding, eavestroughs, walkways and snow clearing on shared paths. Wynford Drive offices bring commercial leases, HVAC and roof upkeep and operating-cost reconciliations; see commercial property management. Ontario Line work along Don Mills Road and at the Science Centre junction adds construction impacts. With many tenants new to Ontario rules, we explain rent payment, notice and maintenance requests clearly at move-in, in writing.

Has Line 5 Eglinton changed demand in Flemingdon Park?
It has made the area easier to reach from midtown and Scarborough. Demand was already strong because rents are relatively affordable, and better transit adds to that. We mention Line 5 in listings but price each unit against current local comparables.
Can you manage a townhouse complex in Flemingdon Park?
Yes. We handle roofs, siding, grounds and snow clearing on shared paths, plus leasing and rent collection for each unit. Repairs are approved within the limit you set, and every job shows up with photos and the invoice on your monthly statement.
